Rougelikes Anonymous
My name is Rooster, and I like Rougelikes.
During the Solitaire and Simple Games episode, Scrym informed me of a genre of games that I had never heard of: Rougelikes. I was intrigued by the premise of a complex game that is also so simple. So, I tried it out. I downloaded a version of Rouge and liked what I saw. I then went off in search of Rougelikes, during which I found a Doom RL (EDM). This one is my personal favorite. Granted, I'd still rather play Doom for realz than as an RL, but it's pretty cool all the same.
I guess I'm one of those one percent of the population who likes Rougelikes. So, are you guys going to "help" me?

[Edit] I played NetHack and then the Zelda Rouge-like. I didn't enjoy them, but I laughed.
