I may have mentioned this before, but I chose to be a girl in Pearl version for the sole purpose of not having to see the boy's idiotic hat. Anyway, I've always wondered what crazy old PETA would think of shoving animals into capsules and only releasing them in order to allow them to fight until one dies, er, I mean "faints."

Not really. I don't mind beanies. However, the pokemon girl's hat has that little pointy bit at the top that makes it look just like the top of a condom. I would happily point out that resemblance to anyone with a beanie exactly like that.
