Opposite of a jack splitter?

I want to be able to hook my iPod and my USB soundcard up to the same set of speakers without having to change the cable between them and without having one blow up the other. Does anyone know if a device with one female 3.5mm jack plug and two male 3.5mm jacks exist and what would such a thing be called?

Are your speakers the kind that had the stereo lead soldered in? If they aren't, you can get a splitter and two male-male stereo cables and just use them together.
