For some reason Peru got a bunch of Japanese programing back in the late 80s :D

    There are lots of Japanese immigrants in Peru. It makes sense.

    We also had a shit ton of Japanese kids shows in Costa Rica and there are rarely any Japanese colonies here, but I think in our case it's just that since there were so many Japanese in south America, that Spanish translated Japanese shows were more readily available and probably were cheaper.

    The elephant on the ending theme always scared me.
