Maybe the lawyers can weigh in on this one. It seems to me that wikipediaart.org could be confused for a Wikipedia-associated project, and should have to change its name. This is an interesting one though, because as a general rule I tend to agree with both Wikipedia and EFF, but it gets difficult to pick a side when they start fighting.
