That mental image was in fact real as I saw her do it at Pete's Beer Beer panel. She'd be knitting and glancing up at Pete every now and then, and then go back to knitting. I assume that it happened many more times throughout the con.
No, it isn't, because that's not what I was talking about. I mean, literally, spinning around her vertical axis, at a reasonable rate of speed, constantly, as if she was standing on a lazy susan, and someone gave it a good hard push.
