Secret shames

  • Secret shame:Ethan Fromeis actually my favorite book.
    You've just vindicated HungryJoe.
  • I'm still a fan of the Zeppelin, but I do have to say that, much like AC/DC, I can't listen to them that much anymore because they're overplayed as fuck.

I'm going to throw out a real secret shame, cause I do very much hate when people call me out on it, and it's a terrible habit to have. I still pick my nose a lot. And if there is nothing to wipe the contents onto, I will ingest them to get rid of them.

And now, nobody here will ever shake hands with me again...

Also, the Beatles werenevergood. Important, yes. Good, no.

Hendrix is overrated. Again, important but not good.

  • I can't believe you'd enjoy JoCo Scott.
  • JoCo's lyrics are clever, and I respect him as a geek icon, but I, too, fallen out of love with his music.
  • Also, I think Paul & Storm are funny even though they haven't had any new material.

This thread's title should be changed to "Unpopular Opinions."

Also, Pink Floyd is psych rock for wimps.

Well, I posted mine as unpopular opinions, but I think they qualify as "secret shames."

    Die in a fire.
  • Die in a fire.
Really though, King Crimson was a much better psychedelic band.

King Crimson was also better as a prog rock band than Pink Floyd.

I don't think Arrested Development or Community are very funny.

Well, actual secret shames are clearly impossible in this thread since upon posting they no longer qualify as secrets. However, some of the "secret shames" in this thread aren't opinions, so the other title doesn't work.
  • Also, the Beatles are always good. Important, yes. Good, absolutly.

Hendrix is awesome. Again, important but good.
Also, Pink Floyd is psych rock for cool cats.

Do you know how I know you have shitty taste in music?
  • Secret shame: I sometimes put ketchup on steak. Good steak.
  • Now that is shameful.
  • And it's not always Heinz.
  • And it's not always Heinz.
I'm honestly kind of surprised that the forum agrees that Heinz is the perfect ketchup. With all the foodies in here, I would have expected at least one person to come up with a less-well-known-but-far-better ketchup than Heinz.
  • Secret shame: I sometimes put ketchup on steak.Goodsteak.
One of my co-workers puts ketchup on breakfast burritos. Ick.

I knew this thread would be awesome as soon as Pete started hating.

There isn't one. Go to the grocery and there are a thousand mustards, but only a few shitty ketchups to compete with Heinz. People have tried and are trying. Nobody can beat it.
  • I don't like most Beatles music.

One of my co-workers puts ketchup on breakfast burritos. Ick.
Is it really any different then salsa? Or putting ketchup on eggs?
  • Beatles have some great songs.

Well, here in Australia my family always buys MasterFoods tomato sauce, which is quite good. I don't know how it holds up, though, because I never really went to the effort of comparing.

Yez, there is. If you find your salsa comparable to ketchup, you need to get yourself some real salsa.

You can always count on me for the hating.

    It's just tomatoes. :P

If I didn't have hot sauce or salsa, I would put some ketchup on my breakfast burritos. Hell, I used to eat ketchup and rice when I was a child.
  • I like some Moe. Especially moe gijinka. It's cute.
