There is very little to know about the project right now, but this game looks like it could be pretty cool (assuming, of course, that the developers deliver on their concept.) Maybe it's just the timing, but I detect certain similarities to Torchbearer-as-a-video-game.
Also, there's a plague doctor character, that's pretty cool.
