Welcome to the most boring desktop in the world! Default Macbook image with no icons.
I think the reason I've never bothered to change it is because I never see it. Programs launch when I turn my laptop on (Firefox, iTunes, iCal), I flick between them with keyboard shortcuts, I launch new programs with spotlight... I guess I see the desktop again when the programs close automatically when hit the power button and select "shut down". Does anyone else keep it minimal? Anyone still have a green hill with some blue sky?
That's mine, Windows7, nice and simple... usually there's not much on the desktop, but I use it as a bit of a dumping ground when I'm working on projects.
*edit* oops that's rather big, sorry I'll shrink it.
Does someone want to make me some wallpaper? It has to be super high res awesome quality like you find on interfacelift. If you want to do this, talk to me.
Ah, Interfacelift. What's funny is that I really like the high-quality-ness of all the pictures and everything. The any size feature is also amazing. The only problem is I don't actually like any of their wallpapers. I usually just go to 4scrape and persevere through the same wallpapers, porn, and hentai that you see every time until I find an awesome wallpaper.

Awesome, found a new one on 4scrape. Also found a lot of bad ones...
Currently in the middle of cleaning things up. This is taken from my webcam which I've rigged up so that I can do videos of me drawing stuff. Probably going to add more to the rig to lower it down.

I change my desktop often but the icons and the sidebar are pretty much consistent.
Vertical monitors are quite useful, although my crt's aspect ratio doesn't match well with my laptop display.
