National Novel Writing Month is coming!

It's almost November again - is anyone writing this year?

I finally came up with an idea during a long car trip. I'm going for a pulpy sword-and-sorcery adventure story, a la Conan or Elric of Melnibone, but with two badass lady protagonists - an amnesiac swordswoman and a wizarding princess. I'm considering a loose Silk Road theming as well; we'll see how it goes.

How about you? What story ideas do you all have?

    I won't be writing fiction, but I might use the month to start writing my Podcasting for beginners book. I've nearly finished the outline for it.

    Günter and I did it back in 2008, and I went for it again for the following few years. I've been concentrating on my music for the last few years, but who knows, maybe this time I'll give it a go again. I have two novels unfinished which I could bang on with in November, plus I have an outline of a big space opera story which will be longer than 50,000 words, but could do with starting a first draft.

    Let's see how it goes!
