Game suggestion for a visually impaired person

edited November 2007 in Video Games
My friend, JR, is a great guy. He's really funny and nice. He likes video games, and wants to find something to play (preferably on his PSP). He can see ...not much, he says. Specifically, he can play Bust-A-Move. With Windows Magnifier, he can read. He can't play anything with much writing, so thus no missions (unless they're basic-easy). So, is there any suggestions at all?

  • Planet puzzle league and Picross if he can manage. You might also want to try the Elite Beat agents series. Sorry those are all DS but DS is all have.
  • Lumines for PSP is the only game I know that doesn't have crazy graphics all over. PSP really not the best system of choice for a visually impaired person.
  • Exit is a bright, beautiful puzzle game, and yes, Lumines is great as well. Daxter is something he might be able to get on with.

    Couldn't be more true, sir.
  • There is that Loco Roco game. Big yellow blobs rolling around the screen should be easy enough to see.
