Kidnapping

I'm dumbfounded by this I really am...
I guess things like this are always allowed by psudotheocracies.

  • Bastards. Though you may only be kidnapped if you are a suspect of a crime in the US. From what I gathered in my skimming.

    Hmmm, lets make a deal, kidnap a person, and let that person then also sue you in return for kidnapping.
  • Question to lawyers: If the US interprets this law like that, wouldn't that mean that they are implying that US law overrides the law of every other country in the world? Because by British, German, or whoever's law, it is illegal for US authorities to go around kidnapping people. That would make this interpretation of that particular law a statement of world domination.
