Why don't you set up a camera to take a picture during the time you usually do the podcast? Then all you have to do is sit it in the corner and you will usually have something for a subject.

Not to sound mean or something, but your nose is weird. Normal lighting, normal, tired, dude. Dark environment, blue, very tired dude with a red nose o.O Does your nose dodge the light from the monitor? Also, good luck! And look happy! LAUGH! XD
