Cooked the best turkey of my life this year. FAR too large though. We'll never finish it all.

Brought a tree home today on the roof of the Beetle. Felt silly but cool.

My mom displayed amazing restraint this year, as she only prepared ONE turkey for 6 people.

She still made 3 pies.

I wish I had another oven. We only had the 4 of us but I made 2 pies and 6 side dishes. I had to reheat things that got cold while other stuff was cooked. We'll end up tossing a lot of food but I like having variety. I made green bean casserole for the first time! It sucked!
