I need help, again?

So I got my iPod recorder, and it works beautifully. However, now that I want to share the lectures that I have recorded today with my friends, the GMail account does not work. I think that is because I am sending at least 50 Mb. Can someone guide me of how inform me as to how I can share my mp3 with them?
I will really appreciate it.

    The easiest way would be to use either YouSendIt or Rapidshare. Rapidshare you don't need an account for, but yousendit is more meant for emailing something like that.
