    If you're talking about extremely short and simple pieces with minimal effects, simple sets, no extras or crowds, no props to speak of, and average acting, then yes.

    You can't make a "Lord of the Rings" or "Casino Royale" without the green. ^_~

    If you're talking about extremely short and simple pieces with minimal effects, simple sets, no extras or crowds, no props to speak of, and average acting, then yes.

    There were some pretty good effects in the first episode. Already this is better than the US live action Street Fighter movie which cost way more to make. You don't need the stuff that costs lots of money to not suck.

    I saw it yesterday. This is shaping up to be one high quality movie. I'm just sad we're never going to get to see a certain character's power.
