If hentai counts probably dragonballx.com back in 2001 I think. Back then it actually had pics and not just ads. It was also my first contact with hentai.

I can't imagine any of them exist anymore. I don't remember the URLs or even the names, but I used to hit up a lot of screenshot and wallpaper sites, plus Sailor Bacon for song lyric translations and VKLL for fansubs.
