Cthulhu The Movie?

I was surfing around and came across this:

Does anyone know about this? Is this super-old news? Is everyone already aware that they are making a Cthulhu movie except me?

[Edit] Apparently, there was a silent fan film from last year. But, what leads me to believe this is a new, non-fan made movie is that there is a second IMDB entry different from the last.

    There are many film adaptations of Lovecraft works. They vary wildly in quality and content. It's good to see that people are still trying.
