Head transplants...?

My bullshit detector is on alert status as of my reading this:

Two-headed dogs and such.

Any thoughts?

    I call bullshit. BUT - Just think if we could transplant Bill Clinton's head onto GWB's body. Hmmm . . .

    I guess we could use the old GWB head as a soccer ball. Maybe a spitoon. Or a hat, or a brooch, or a pterodactyl. . . .

    Either way, it'll be 100% more useful than it is now.
