I ended up moving my Wii Play pre-order to Crackdown last week. I heard too many bad reviews about Wii Play and figured it wasn't worth it.

Remember, it's about $50 and includes a wii-mote. This means the game is only $10 of the purchase price.

Considering the scarcity of Wiimotes, I'd say it is. I haven't seen a single Wiimote in stores since the Target in Florida that I managed to grab up my extra ones in. I ordered my Wii Play from Best Buy last night online, all the stores in my area had copies (according to the website), and there were three extra ones in the store when I picked up my order. Even if Wii Play is crappy (I've heard it's not stellar, have yet to play it) $50 is a small price to pay for most people to actually have another controller around.
