Sunnis vs Shiites vs Kurds

What's the score, who is wining? The Kurds seem like the underdogs to me at least.

    Who can tell the difference between Sunnis and Shiites? Here's an interesting little quiz.

    Now, since GWB is using US dollars to fund Sunni terrorists that are sympathetic to al Qaeda, at Saudi Arabia’s behest and in the name of fighting Iranian influence in the Middle East, one might think we're supposed to support the Sunnis. But - Sunni insurgent groups ranging from Al Qaeda jihadists to angry Baathists, as shown by these statistics, are responsible for most U.S. casualties.

    So who knows? Maybe some people trusted their government to be informed enough to stay out of such a quagmire. Maybe if some people had been allowed to ask questions without being marginalized as crazy unpatriotic lefties, we would've known how bad it would be beforehand.
