So there's this website I discovered called Concept Art and it seems to have work from some art from people in the movie/game industry, as well as aspiring artists. Honestly, I almost hate the site because it makes me feel horribly inadequite and like a terrible artist. Check out the website and some of the truely impressive artwork on it. You can tell who worked on what video games also, just by looking!

Try drawing the same picture with one hand then the other, that's how much you've improved since you started drawing.
