Life Saving Moments When Something in Technology Saved Your Ass
I'll start, my first life saving moment that lead to my interest in Linux and it's progression was when I needed to type up my essay for my History class and Windows died on me. So what did I do you may ask? Booted up Knoppix, opened Open Office and saved it to my usb memory stick. If it wasn't for my Knoppix CD, I would have been FUBAR.
