Original Batman staring Nicholson and Keaton rules. New Batman is pretty damn good too! Wolverine (er...X-Men) starring Hugh Jackman isn't too bad. Spider-Man is pretty good.
Out of those I mentioned I probably like New Batman the best.
I liked Spiderman 3. I can understand why people could hate it, but most of the specific scenes people hate (like the scene when Peter was acting like a jack ass and dancing through the streets of New York) I found to be hilarious.
You know how it would feel if someone handed you $100, then clubbed you over the head with a wooden mallet, then handed you another $50? That's what it was like watching Spider-Man 3. Way to go, completely moronic second act. Way to go, emo-goth Peter Parker. *Sigh* "Hey, look guys, I slicked my hair forward. Now I'm eeeeeeeeevillll."
The fact that Peter became emo after the suit was WEAK. They made a joke about it but then thought "to hell with it, this would make a rad plot line!" - Sorry dudes, it only added to the mountain of garbage that your movie has become. A friend of mine LEFT during the show, and we went to a midnight showing 0_o
Although all this did lead to Mary Jane getting socked in the fuckin' mouth, which was the only satisfying part of the movie.
Let me be the first to say that, if the Watchmen movie is done to even half of it's potential well, it will easily be the best underwear pervert movie ever.

Sadly, that may still be asking for too much. I'm not nearly as down on the casting as some people are, but I can't believe they'll be able to capture the density of the source material while still making it accessible for the general public.
Back to the topic: I second The Incredibles. That, or Batman Begins. Bale is perfectly cast in that role, and Nolan is a great director. If only he would back the camera out a little bit on the fight scenes....
I would say the greatest underwear pervert movie ever is... Batman: the Movie starring Adam West and Burt Ward.
Ooh...yeah....yeah, you're right.
Other than that, Spiderman the first. Batman Begins was also teh awesomz (except for the fact that the TV was turned down low and four people were noisily playing a board game nearby).
I really disliked it. It felt like a pretty-good Kung Fu movie was glued together with a mediocre Batman movie. It went on way too long and got way too silly by the end.

Mind you, that comment was made before 2008, so it's not like there was a great Batman movie to compare it against.
I take you have never, in fact, danced with the devil in the pale moonlight?
Well, I don't remember the movie well enough to be sure, but as far as I can recall the 1989 movie was good, but not great. Granted, one could say that as a Batman movie it was great, even if as a movie it was merely good. Either way, I'd have to watch it again to be sure.
The Iron Man series is my favorite set of movies, I think, but it's not really underwear perversion. It's more like powered armor porn, and I'm down with that. However, it'll probably be superseded by The Avengers, which would be some serious underwear perversion if not for Iron Man and Thor being kickass motherfuckers.

Just kidding - that movie made me want to cut myself, just like the hero to all children, Peter Parker.

Only kidding my favorite is probably Hellboy, does this count as an underwear pervert film?
This scene is so powerful and the build up to this realization throughout the movie was done really well.
Spoilers if you haven't seen the film.
It's a shame everyone involved died before they could make any sequels.
