According to a guy whose new, innovative and revolutionary DNA identification technique has been announced not in a journal, but the Daily Mail, who also has a book coming out about Jack the Ripper, and the whole thing is based on an old blood-and-semen stained shawl that's at least 126 years old, not properly kept, and of uncertain origin.
