Indeed. Not a commonly-liked band, but one of my favorites. Beelzebuba's probably my favorite album.
I love the Dead Milkmen. If you haven't heard it, you should probably track down "Soul Rotation". It's one of their most hard to find albums and it sounds like they were really trying to go in a different direction with it. I'm pretty sure their effort failed miserably. Oh well.
This is somewhat distorted due to a tendency I have to occasionally obsess over a song when it matches my mood and just play it on a continuous loop. I think you can tell which songs might fall into this group.
Futuristic Sex Robotz? I heard of them and now I must have them based on the fact their album is titled "Hotel Coral Essex". I know I'm not the only one who is laughing at that ref. ^_^
Mine is basically the Scott Pilgrim soundtrack with some Ben Folds thrown in for good measure. I'm also seeing Guided By Voices, The Strokes, Pulp, Everclear, Libertines, and Arctic Monkeys on there.
Oddly, this isn't the best cross-section of my taste in music. For the most part it's stuff I listen to to get pumped and motivated, and just a couple songs that resonate () with me so much that I want to listen to them over and over again. Also, Come See the Duck is #1 by an overwhelming margin because I choreographed and performed a martial arts demo to it.
