RAR Converters

Can anyone suggest a good program that can convert RAR files?

    I use WinRAR. Haven't had any problems with it.

    Do you mean to extract them? If so, use 7-Zip.

    I've had experience with WinRAR, WinZip, and 7-Zip.  7-Zip is by far my favorite, due to ease of use and freeness (libre and gratis).

    7-Zip is free and handles all formats I need. Most of the time it's one of the first things I install on a fresh Windws after Firefox.

    Depends on in what you want to convert it. Just find the archive program capable of extracting .rars and archive to your desired format. WinRAR is good. 7-Zip is also good. I myself love WinRAR though. No need to convert .rar into some inferior format. :D

    WinRAR is good, but you have to "pay" for it.
