Tomorow is Black Friday?

edited November 2007 in Everything Else
In the car a few minutes ago I heard a radio ad for Toys'R'Us, something about big discounts on Wii games.

Wal-Mart is selling a $100 HD DVD player and a $348 laptop computer.

Everything starts tomorow at 8:00AM.

Traditionally, yes. It's considered, in retail, the first day of the Christmas shopping season.
Of course, with the way stores are pushing Christmas farther and farther back into the year, it's become less noticeable, but it's still a major day.
  • In terms of retail, today is pretty much the first day of Christmas here in Canada.
