Doing a quiz in Delphi

I may not agree with my schools policy when it comes to its CS classes. But as a project I have to make a quiz in Delphi. What would be the best way to make one? Thanks in advance!

Well technically yes. But the teacher just shows us the program and we are supposed to read in books how to use it. I've read a book on Delphi already and could make a simple quiz. I was just hoping you may have some tips.

Hey, can you provide some more details? I don't know much about delphi, but I could possiblely help content wise.
Does the quiz have a set subject? Is it like a quiz for fun or more like a test? Do you have any idea on what it will be graded?

It might be graded. I don't really need help with the content, just how to best ask about 20 multiple choice questions in Delphi. The Topic is "Earth", as in what ground is made and all the chemical/ biological stuff.
