Satan Vs The Queen

I've got to say, the stuff that people like Colbert do really don't seem to measure up when I look at the stuff that happens around Canada so I guess in the states people hear God, and here in Canada the Queen gets sued by Satan.
Alas I didn't become aware of politics until around '95 so I missed out on the Parti Rhinocéros

    This type of thing would probably annoy me less if they were actually trying to accomplish something useful. For example, if they were pointing out inefficiencies or inconsistencies in the Canadian voting process, it wouldn't bug me so much, but it really seems that they're just trying too hard to be funny.

    Couldn't it be said that it's very existence points out the overall distrust and mockery that "serious" politicians have caused throughout the country, or at least in Quebec?
