This Dell Quadcore is actually a good deal.
I never buy desktops because I enjoy building them. This Dell (that I saw on Ben's Bargains) gave me pause. I almost bought it. I don't think you can save money on the build on New Egg. If you can, it's not much. I didn't pull the trigger because building is a lot of fun and because I want 4 1 TB drives in RAID 5. Dell will only let me get two.
For people who don't like to build and who are looking for a machine, you could do worse than this.
