EA slams Jack Thompson.

Last month, EA made a bid to purchase Take Two, which they, not surprisingly, rejected.

Of course, EA is still persistent in buying them no matter what the cost, and earlier this week, Jack Thompson offered to assist EA in the purchase. EA's response was priceless.

    We can't really say that Thompson doesn't deserve it. If he wants to fight gaming he'd better expect the gaming community to fight back with all its power.

    I wouldn't hate Boll more than Jack. Uwe at least doesn't sue everyone he sees, and he loves video games.

    Yes, it's true that he can't direct his way out of a paper bag, but as a person, he's cool in my book.

    Update: Jacko claims to be a Take-Two shareholder.

    Basically, he wants to use that piece of info to influence the EA buyout.
