Appleseed: Ex Machina
Not bad. I thought it was better than the first Appleseed (the 3D one). The animation and story was better, but the voice overs and music was not. I watched it in English, and parts of the speech/lip synch just didn't match up that well in some parts which bothered me. The music was more subdued – no memorable catchy music for me at least.
Anyways, it's worth a rent. Probably not something at the top of your Netflix queue, but something to see eventually. If you like the 3D Appleseed movies, there's another movie called, Vexille, that's in the same venue... just not released from Japan yet.
