The first movie and the sequel (not Stitch! but Lilo and Stitch 2: Stitch has a Glitch) were really good. Everything else in that universe kinda sucked, but I watched it anyway because I'm a fangirl.
Er. Um. The world without Disney, I believe, wouldn't be so freaking awesome. I love my animation, and while others would do much the same thing as Disney had, it might have taken longer.
And then, we wouldn't have that "Walt Disney eats Cuban boys" joke from Robot Chicken. It might have been, I dunno, Bill Gates eats Cuban boys.
