Remember April 4, 1968? Of course you don't. You weren't alive, they don't teach dates anymore in school, and it doesn't have an immediate, present-day effect on your ability to buy pokemons. Today is the 40th anniversary of the day MLK was assassinated.
Did you ever wonder what MLK did between '63 and '68? I mean, when you see the obligatory stories in January, they always run "I Have a Dream", and then they skip to Memphis.
Here is a good article on the things he said and the things he was working on before Memphis, stuff I really, really like. I wonder why they never show that stuff? DO you have any ideas?
