The Heart of a person's career

edited April 2008 in Everything Else
I was watching the HBO series "John Adams". I was really surprised when he decided to represent the British soldiers that participated in The Boston Masacre incident, and he got them acquitted as well. Then I remember that everything came down to when he told to his wife that he was "for the law and for justice", and that does thing should prevail in a free soil.

That is why I wanted to know what opinions do you all have about what is the basic principles of your careers?
