RIAA might abandon "Making avaliable" case
Story here. Basically, they threw in the towel in one case about the "Making available" rational for their piracy lawsuits. This is significant, but it's not a precedent yet, I assume. Can one of the resident lawyers tell me more about this? Is this a huge victory, or just a minor victory?
