Who will be buying FFIV for DS next Tuesday?

I'm eager to know what everyone thinks of this release. I wasn't too pleased with the DS remake of FFIII because it seemed far too short and the saves were few and far between. The same company is releasing FFIV in the US next week, and I'm excited because playing Cecil back in the day was fun.

    Already having the GBA version of FFIV, I probably won't.

    On a different note, I wonder why Square is beating around the bush with a FFVII remake. I'm not a fan of the game, but all they'd have to do is port the sucker to the PSP for some quick cash.

    I bought Civ Rev. That will take all my DS attention for some time. If Civ Rev loses its charm, I might try Etrian Odyssey. It has boring dungeon crawling and leveling up, but it also has awesome labyrinths and cartography. Tough call.

    I didn't buy it because I figured they were going to pull this crap where they release it on GBA and then release a updated version on DS.

    I haven't picked up my DS in months. That will change because I have this game on pre-order. I'm such a freaking loser. So many good games and I order this piece of junk.

    I'm waiting for Professor Layton to come down a little bit in price on the used market. Once it does, I'll pounce on that. For some reason, I feel stupid paying full retail because it's been out for so long.

    I'm not. I just played FFIV on gba about 2ish years ago. See no reason to play it again, especially since I still need to play FFIII for DS and VI for gba.
