Kevin Smith is making a non-Jay and Silent Bob movie

I've known about this for quite a while and I've been biding my time as to when I should make a topic about it. Now that the movie is in post-production, I think it's time I talked about it. As the headline suggests, Kevin Smith has finally made a movie without Jay and Silent Bob in it, it is called Zack and Miri Make A Porno. The only stars that deserve to be noted are Seth Rogen (he's been in everything lately) and Jason Mewes. I don't know how to feel about all this, I'm glad that Kevin Smith has moved on to other things but I'm also sad that there might not be any more projects with the View Askewniverse. What are your thoughts on the subject?

    Yes, but it was ViewAskewniverse - which is basically, where all the jay and silent bob movies happen.

    Jersey Girl was not that bad, it was just different. Any movie that kills off Jennifer Lopez in the first 15 minutes and has Sweeney Todd in it has to be good.

    No it wasn't. It had nothing to do with the ViewAskewniverse. There was no references to it. Not sure where you got that info from. The only possible reference was that SB&J; were in View Askew logo.

    Vulgar was ok, but pretty much just for the hardcore View Askew fans.

    Oh, Kevin is also working on Red State, also not s SB&J; film.

    It was in Jersey but was not Askewniverse. It was officially closed with Jay and Bob, but Askewniverse was reborn and closed again in Clerks
