HTML/Flash Tutorials

edited September 2008 in Everything Else
Can anyone please recommend a decent HTML or Flash tutorial. The one's I keep finding look like their made in the 90's, and aren't all that informative.

  • W3 Schools is pretty good for learning HTML. For Flash you should probably buy a real book. Buying a real book for (X)HTML couldn't hurt either. You can't go wrong if you buy a book with an animal on the cover.

And xhtml, which you should be using these days anyway. As for flash tutorials, I was once subscribed to a video tutorial thing, every once in a while you got an email with a link, log in and you could watch a new free tutorial. Though at one point they started repeating, only with a different host. Said second host was horrible btw. Sadly I no longer have a link, nor know what the name was to Google it.
  • Flashkit has a great tutorials section and you can download the examples to pick apart if you so wish.
