I'm so sick of the wikipedia search!!! They gotta put that google spelling thing in, you know "Did You Mean X?"
The only way to search what you want is to know exactly how to spell it, and if you know how to do that
what the hell is the point of the search?!?!?!!?

Though I do agree that Wikipedia's search is fucking terrible, and needs an update.

I usually just type what I want to find into Google and add the term "wiki" or "Wikipedia" so that a Wikipedia entry is more likely to show up near the top. That is, if I cannot find it easily through the Wikipedia search.

Enter "site:en.wikipedia.org search term here" into Google, and you only get results from Wikipedia ...

Most of the time, I'm copy-pasting the text from somewhere else, which is spelled fine, and it takes me right to the page, saving me a click.
Plus, I never really have problems with the Wikipedia search.

Sometimes, instead of searching I just make an educated guess and type in the URL. Otherwise I just google "wiki [subject]".

I just learned the Wikipedia site syntax. Most of the time disambiguation pages and redirects are around to pick up the slack.

I've always used "wiki *". It works great.

Oh yeah, I forgot, just typing "wiki" and then the subject in the address bar already did an "I'm Feeling Lucky" search. So no need for btnI. Though keywording the bookmark to 'wiki' will remove that 'option' too. Then again, it's not 100% certain to go to Wikipedia if you use the non-bookmark method.
