Best of GeekNights Project Thread
Hey all! So I've been itching to make a sequel to my previous project,
WPTR&SAG:TM-SAOEFTHOS, but I know I probably won't find enough gay bits that are as funny or funnier than the ones in the first project. So I thought that instead of making a straight-up sequel, it might be fun to start a new project: a Best of GeekNights compilation. The best leader bits, the best anecdotes, the best tangents, the best one-liners, the best news...es, the best Thing of the Day descriptions, the best anything. This will probably be end up being a considerably longer project, because some of the best bits of GeekNights are quite long-winded (some anecdotes being 10-15 minutes). I'm thinking it'll end up being an hour or so, possibly more.
It would be great if I could get the help of FRC forum members on this one, as that'll help the project move along faster. Also, I just like the idea of finding out what everyone's favourite GN bits are so that I can try to include them in the final project. If you would like to contribute a potential bit, fill out the following short form and post it to this thread.

Bits are encouraged to be under 10 minutes, but I'll set the absolute maximum at 15 minutes. There's no minimum, so feel free to suggest a clip that's only a few seconds long, too.
I'll be keeping a list here of the potential bits so that we don't get double submissions happening.
Whee, fun times ahead! ^^

"Even warmer today."
Someone should make a iPhone/touch app that will make this process less of a pain since there has to be at least 1000 hours of GeekNights.
Also, I will definitely be looking for instances of Scrym's various catchphrases, and will probably select the best one(s) when the final product comes together.
Also - and I can't check right now because I am not on my home computer - but I recall a bit in the How To Not Suck at YouTube episode that involved clowns on an airplane and the classic circusy music that I thought was fairly funny. If someone could figure out the exact times for that, it could be a nice addition.
And Diddgery, I'll listen to that episode again when I have time and see if I can find it.
