The Manga Guide To...

So apparently there is a series of books out which explain topics like calculus, statistics, and database management in Manga form based upon a storyline. I've downloaded a few chapters of the statistics one courtesy of 4chan (of all places) and it actually explains things pretty well!

    No, it's really in manga format. It's not just the For Dummies guy replace with a moe character.

    But yeah, I saw the Database one of these on BoingBoing a while back, and was sufficiently weirded out by it. The thought that there's more where that came from is disturbing.

    Yeah seriously...I've seen a few good threads in there, but that's few and far between.

    Also, I think I've seen a Manga Guide to... book at Borders. I think it was like manga guide to drawing manga or something like that.

    I don't mind Touhou game threads, but character image dump threads belong in /c/.
