So I'm writing an essay on why sysadmins should be considered hero's of modern society. I need a good anecdote or two to use as real world examples. I know that Rym and Katsu have been/are sysadmins (according to Emily), but who else is? Share your stories on how you fixed a horrible problem and were generally bad ass sysadmins!
