Anyone have experience setting up a server with virtualization? I'm ordering a server shortly and I'm looking at different options for hosting websites on it. I was thinking about going the VPS way to insure one site doesn't kill the rest.

I have lots of virtualization experience. None of it with web hosting.
Do you have any specific questions?

Just get a machine, and setup a bunch of virtual hosts to break it up evenly. Xen is probably your best bet. There's really not much to it.
