Summer Classes

So I'm a Junior this year and over the summer I intend to take some kind of computer class because my school doesn't offer any pertinent ones(computer graphics and literacy[how to use word and excel]) to whichever major I choose to do in college. I think I'll major in IT but I'm taking this class for a basis of knowledge not credits. Here are the two options:

Computer Information Systems
Computer Science

Any advice would be appreciated.

If you want a basis for knowledge, I'd say definitely take CS, even if you want to major in IT.
