Zelda: Spirit Tracks
It hit the torrents a few hours ago and I've just started playing but, I've got that feeling.
There is also a guy who wears two top hats who appears early in the game. It's a sign.
Oddly, the first proper dungeon felt kinda bland and the Mecha-Zelda parts are quite enjoyable..
