Arkham Horror

Hey folks,

I'm in Western CT and I just picked up the new Arkham Horror expansion "Curse of the Dark Pharaoh" and now I'm itching to play it!

We need a Saturday or Sunday for a game day. For those who do not know, Arkham Horror plays with up to 8 players and can easily take all day.

Anybody up for it?

    I just finished a HUGE session of AH. We were fighting Hastur, really hurting for having to pay 8 clues to seal a gate, which is our usual strategy. It went from about 7pm to midnight - 8 players is almost too many. Anyway, we managed to seal his extra-dimensional arse behind many elder signs, and a good night was had by all.

    Rules wrangling is a real problem with this game, there's about 4 pages too many. Every time I learn a new rule, another slips out of my mind and gently drifts off into the ether. It still rocks, but another revision is probably in order.
