An Extremely Miniscule Chance in Hell

  • Ok, I came up with a way to be self-promotional without shame.
Worked for Brian Brushwood. He started BBLiveshow with the express purpose of getting it on either the TWIT Network or Revision3, and it ended up on TWIT network as the NSFW show.
Seriously, It's practically exactly the same thing, though there is a Directive from Leo to not swear as much, or at all, if possible - I can't remember the reason, but I remember it was stupid.

    And Scam School on Rev3.

He had Scam School before BBLiveshow - The very first BBLiveshow was Brian having people call in to talk about Scam School.

Well, we can definitely do better than that.

I should hope so, the first 10-15 shows of that - possibly more - were terrible. If you can't beat that, I'd be surprised, because even the first Scott Scott Robot was better than the first 10 BB liveshows, even in things like production quality. Especially in production quality.
  • The problem is that Scott reminds me of Chris Pirillo's younger brother.
  • The entire process of getting a job is nothing but self-promotion.
Reason 1 as to why I haven't gotten a job yet.
Well then, simply self-promote yourself. The chances of getting a job will probably be significantly hire higher and more monies will be in your possession.
  • self-promote yourself
    Personally self-promote yourself?

He's making fun of the redundancy in "self-promote yourself." You can't self-promote anyone except yourself; that's why it's self-promote.

It's a redundant tautology. Ha ha.

Really Sherlock? I had no idea. Absolutely none. That's a new revelation to me. An insight that will light up my dark existence. Wonderfu-CK OFF. I despise self-promotion by lying/bending truth. It helps none for finding a job.
  • No-one here has said you should bend the truth.

No, I said it is required to appear more appealing to employers, it's what self-promoting means. Making you appear best.

Yes, and that has nothing to do with lying or bending the truth.
