    I dont know if you guys listen to yeast radio but this is another in my set of podcast portraits
    Oh god, and here I was thinking I was the only person who knew about Yeast Radio. Well probably the knoxinator would know about it as well.

    This is true, but I don't listen to it. I only have so much time during a day.

    EDIT: What I would love to see though, is a tag team of Tim Henson and Cheryl Merkowski.

    Hm. Chuck Brewkowski. I'm thinking a hybrid German-American style. Smoky, spicy, bitter. Imperial IPA with some smoked malt? Imperial India Rauchbier, pale style? I'd have to use spicy hops instead of the more classic citrusy/floral American hops. Sounds doable. I have no idea if it'd be good, though. Sounds like it's worth a shot.

    EDIT: Hm. No, not an Imperial. I'll make it a smoked rye IPA with some German noble hops.
